Booking and Registration Policy​
Phlebotomy Course Registration:

A non-refundable registration fee of $200 is required to secure a spot in the phlebotomy course.

The total course cost is $1,400, with payment plan options available.

Full payment or an agreed-upon payment plan must be arranged before the start of the course.

Course dates and times will be communicated upon registration, and the class location will be provided after payment is received.

CPR & ACLS Course Booking:

CPR First Aid AED Training costs $95, while mobile CPR training is $120 (includes all necessary equipment).

ACLS courses are designed for nurses and healthcare professionals, and payment must be completed before class participation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Phlebotomy Course:
All payments, including the $200 registration fee, are non-refundable. If a student wishes to reschedule, they must notify the training center at least five (5) business days before the course start date. Subject to repayments of full deposit, depending on circumstances.
CPR & ACLS Courses:
All payments for CPR and ACLS courses are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance, and a $25 rescheduling fee will apply. If a student does not show up for a scheduled class without prior notice, they must rebook at full price.

Late Payment Policy
Payments must be made on time according to the agreed-upon schedule. A daily late fee of $40 will be applied if a payment is not received within 48 hours of the due date. If payment is more than five (5) days late, the student may be removed from the course and required to re-enroll at full price.
